Merched Return & Exchange Policy

At Merched, every product is custom-made for your event or brand. Because of this, most items are final sale — but if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or provide replacements for items that:

  • Arrive damaged
  • Have a manufacturing defect
  • Have a printing or customization error

If your item has an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at scott@merched.co with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product

We'll review and provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Sizing & Fit

Because all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide before placing your order.

That said, if something doesn't fit quite right, reach out — we're happy to work with you on a discounted replacement.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly after purchase. Because of this:

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started
  • Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase

Shipping Issues

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Marked delivered but not received

Please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
